add a lil blue--
add a lil pink to the blue---
these are all done by just playing around with the adjustments tools..
go to IMAGE/ADJUSTMENTS/VARIATIONS then select how much of each color u want in the image. u can lighten it or darken it add some blue, red etc etc.. i simply had my original image, did a duplicate layer and did a color variation then used my eraser too to get it all off the rest of the image.. there are multiple ways to get the hair colored only.
