How to make and add eyelashes
This will require you to use the PEN TOOL
Open an image you'd like to work on. Zoom in to the eye an make sure to create a new layer (where you will make the eyelash)
With your Brush tool set you size to around 2-3 and hard. Make sure your mode is normal and your flow and opacity are at 100% (all depending on the size of your image and the size of your eyelashes, you may have to do the first one by trial and error)
Now go to your PEN TOOL and make sure your pen tool is set to PATHS.
Click on the eyelid where an eyelash should start and then click once ore where an eyelash should finish. You will want to bend the path to make it a shape similar to the original lashes.
Now that your path has been created. You will want to use the eyedropper and find the color of the original eyelashes. This will help it look more natural.
Now back to the Pen tool.
Right click on the path you created. A pop up window will appear and you will want to click on STROKE PATHS.
Another pop up window will appear and you will want to make sure it shows BRUSHES in the pull down menu and make sure SIMULATE PRESSURE is checked off then click OK.
Your eyelash is now created. You can right click on the image and then Select FREE TRANSFORM to better angle the lash, but if it is to your liking Right click then chooses DELETE PATH.
You can change the opacity or instead of the layer being set at normal you can change it to burn or multiple etc. whatever fits the image best...
Before and After
Enjoy!
